Leadership is critical in the Arab business world, and good leaders need to be found while young, according to Khamis Al Muqla, Chairman & MD, Gulf Saatchi & Saatchi. He also believes that traditional family companies need to develop into more global corporations. Al Muqla is an ambassador for the prestigious Leaders In Dubai summit set to be held in November 2004.
