Comcent holds seminar to introduce revolutionary new tool to schools, major accounts

The six-day seminar took place recently at the Comcent Training Center (CTC) to familiarize educators and corporate businesses with InterWrite's array of functionalities. CTC is part of Comcent Trading & Contracting Company, one of the first IT companies to be established in Jordan in 1972.

Educating the educators
Comcent conducted a presentation for 50 schools as well as a number of universities and colleges across the Kingdom on the InterWrite School Suite, a family of products designed to change the meaning of education for teachers and students alike. Recently, Comcent supplied several schools in Jordan with seven of the InterWrite SchoolBoards and trained 21 teachers on how to use this tool. The InterWrite School Suite provides educators with the needed tools and latest technologies for modern teaching to bring new levels of interaction and enthusiasm into classrooms. The SchoolBoard is connected to a computer through the InterWrite software. Using the InterWrite SchoolPad, a Bluetooth enabled wireless pad, teachers can run a website or an application from anywhere in the room, and the entire classroom can see what is being done on the projected screen on the electronic whiteboard in the front of the room.

Helping Corporations stand head and shoulders above the rest
As for corporations, Comcent conducted a presentation for 25 banks and 30 other major corporations on the InterWrite Meeting Suite, a product designed to increase communication and as a result improve productivity levels in a corporate setting. The InterWrite Meeting Suite also features an interactive whiteboard, a Bluetooth enabled wireless pad, and the InterWrite Software.
