H.E Waleed Bin Falah Al Mansouri, General Manager of ESMA, said: "The new launch stems from ESMA's belief that to establish a culture of quality the staff implementing it should be the first to adopt it. It is necessary that organisations in both the public and private sectors adopt the total quality policy to continue to be as competitive as possible and win over their customers, Mr Al Mansouri added.
