- PRESS RELEASE
Concept Group, provider of integrated marketing and communications solutions and Vienna-based Pani Projection & Lighting Vertriebs GmbH have announced their alliance to bring an innovative, high quality and unique medium of advertising to the UAE, through the introduction of Pani's powerful range of large-format projectors.
The existing potential for new, innovative and effective advertising media is what sparked Concept Groups' interest in Pani Projections. Projectors, one of advertising's most malleable forms of media, can be used for a range of applications - from outdoor events, like rock concerts and stage shows, to a wide scale of indoor presentations in offices, theatres and opera houses. Pani's range of projectors has been used for many high profile events around Europe including the Stockholm Water Festival and Madonna's concerts. Europe's leading mobile network provider, Vodafone has used Pani projectors to advertise on buildings in the past.
Aldrin Fernandes, CEO, Concept Group, said that the use of projectors as an effective advertising tool was becoming increasingly popular in the emirates. "Unlike other forms of outdoor media, projectors have no structural requirements, enabling their use on landmark buildings with no architectural transformations necessary.
"Projectors are advantageous in that they allow advertisers maximum flexibility: multiple advertisements are possible and this medium also permits advertisers to change their advertisements whenever they need to, in a cost effective manner. In the UAE there is tremendous potential for Pani's projectors to be successfully used in the retail sector due to the entry of so many brands in the fashion and consumer sectors," he said.
Access to flexible forms of media, the ability to continually change graphics and introduce new advertising campaigns swiftly is of prime importance to the media community within the emirates. "We are confident that Pani's projectors will add a new dimension to the UAE's advertising, marketing and events industries," said Mr. Fernandes.
Georg Reisch, President, Pani Projection, believes that the association with Concept Group will ensure their successful entry into the UAE. "It is always encouraging to see Pani projectors being introduced to new markets. We are confident that our association with Concept Group will be mutually beneficial," he said.
With their Dubai debut, Pani Projections, developers of the world's strongest large-format projectors, is confident that the UAE market will recognise the tremendous potential of this equipment and its ability to transform a city's many high-rises into visually spectacular monuments.
