Once a year, Siemens Headquarters rewards its customer care departments in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region against criteria, such as repair quality, customer satisfaction, cost control and best practice application which adds value to the customer as well as the Siemens brand.

Siemens Customer Care Lebanon also managed to claim fifth position, having fallen slightly behind Poland, Lithuania, France and of course, UAE. Being the regional headquarters for the Middle East and Africa, Siemens managed to secure two of its key Middle East markets within the list of top five markets recognised this year.

In light of Siemens Customer Care UAE and Lebanon's success, a celebration dinner and award ceremony was held in honor of the winners.

Upon announcing this prestigious award for the second time, Mr. Asim Sukhera, Vice President, Siemens, Middle East and Africa, enthused: "Achieving this honour once again confirmes the strenuous efforts exercised in the past year by the Siemens customer care department, as well as our service center partners, Technocare and Kittaneh. Our strong relationship has enabled us to provide optimal results regarding consumer satisfaction."

Sharif Barakat, Customer Care Manager, Siemens, Middle East and Africa, asserted his team and partners around the region should "maintain this momentum and strive to achieve higher levels of excellence."

Siemens customer care UAE also achieved the best practice application documentation with scores based on their impact to costs, processes, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Earlier this year, a series of training programs and workshops were conducted to further consolidate Siemens' relationship with its partners and define programs to push value added services in the region.
