Cathay Pacific to fly more frequently to China

Cathay Pacific Airways was recently informed by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government that it has been granted rights to operate additional passenger services to Beijing as well as new cargo services to Shanghai and passenger services to Xiamen, announced Cathay Pacific Country Manager for UAE and Oman, Philip Herbert.
"Along with this development, Cathay Pacific will also add two new non-stop flights from Dubai to Hong Kong starting December to give every UAE passengers more convenience and flexibility," said Mr. Herbert.
The new flights depart Dubai at 18:55 to reach Hong Kong by 06:00 the following day. Likewise, will depart Hong Kong at 00:15 and arrive in Dubai at 05:10 early morning. These schedules are crucial as it allow passengers with other destinations in Asia to take the morning connections and reach their intended destinations early, thus saving their time and day. Cathay Pacific also has regular flights with night departures and arrivals.
Mr. Herbert said: "Cathay Pacific is committed in bringing passengers from the Middle East to China's key cities in order to strengthen Hong Kong's position as a global aviation hub and the primary gateway to the Chinese mainland. Plus, with our additional flights to and from Dubai, UAE travelers can opt to spend winter holiday in North and East Asia with ease."
Cathay Pacific flies 11 times a week from Dubai to Hong Kong and will be 13 times a week starting December onwards.
