Fitness First has a distinct edge as it strives to offer something other gyms find difficult to do - it is the first of its kind to offer facilities that attempt to provide and improve fitness levels combined with 'fun'- all at affordable and competitive prices." said Mike Balfour, Deputy Chairman and Founder of UK based Fitness First.
