fast lane helps Cisco present the 'high touch'
- United Arab Emirates: Wednesday, April 10 - 2002 at 17:01
- PRESS RELEASE
fast lane, the Gulf's leading network training and consultancy company, has been chosen to host three days of high level Cisco 'High Touch' Sales Training to its Middle East Partners.
The course is an interactive three-day workshop basically designed to improve attendees (mostly made up of sales account managers) knowledge of selling Cisco solutions.
fast lane's Managing Director Josef Miskulnig, said:
"We are conducting this high level sales training in partnership with Complete Learning, a UK-based company which specialises in this kind of training - which does not necessarily concentrate on the product sales training but takes a more holistic approach and looks at solution-based selling.
"This sort of event is a clear move away from a 'box-shifting' mentality into a much more modern sales method which better suits current business needs and expectations."
"As a leading regional Learning Partner, fast lane is extremely proud to be working on this project in conjunction with another well-known leader in the field, Complete Learning."
Jon Saunders, Regional Sales Manager Unified Channels for ME said: "This course offers sales attendees a very high level of training, which complements the strengths of both Fast Lane and Complete Learning Both companies offer experience, a proven track record with Cisco and incremental value to Middle East Partners."
Course delegates should leave the three day event with the ability to:
develop a better understanding of value from the customers' perspective
develop customer specific value statements
qualify the business opportunities for Cisco solutions in terms of value to customers
identify how each solution provides value when matched to customer's business needs
develop effective value messages and formulate a 'Value Strategy' based around the USPs of the Cisco portfolio.
create and use value propositions as a tool to facilitate customer relationship building
And ultimately...talk the customers' language!
The Dubai leg of the training runs from April 6-8th and April 9th - 11th, while similar courses are also planned in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from 20-22nd April and May 6-8th will see the fast lane and Complete Learning team presenting in Beirut, Lebanon.
