The speaker of this program, Ms. Maidalynne Utting is a Senior Consultant at Biz-Ability. As an International conference speaker, she has presented to audiences of more than 1000 people with a unique flair and devotion. Prior to joining the team at biz-ability Maidalynne was the Senior Client Partner with Franklin Covey, Dubai, and is fully qualified to facilitate courses on all Dr. Stephen R. Covey's core products, focusing on management and leadership development. Her role as a facilitator of these programmes, required her to design and develop relative exercises around clients' specific needs, in order to assist the delegates to transform their knowledge into practical application.

This internationally accredited Emotional Intelligence (EI) Programme is the single greatest contributor to personal excellence and leadership. Increased EI moves individuals and teams to increased resilience in the face of change, enhanced performance and greater success! The report summarizes the key multi-rater assessment data from co-workers (manager, peer, direct report, key client) as well as family members and friends.
