Dubai Quality Group, in collaboration with Biz-Ability is organizing an event on 19th - 21st December 2004 on Emotional Intelligence for Personal Leadership.
This internationally accredited Emotional Intelligence (EI) Programme is the single greatest contributor to personal excellence and leadership. Increased EI moves individuals and teams to increased resilience in the face of change, enhanced performance and greater success! This forum will act as a catalyst in assisting individuals to increase their performance and leadership skills.
Maidalynne Utting said: "It is a tremendous privilege to conduct this internationally accredited EI program in the Middle East as such a powerful workshop enables individuals to create positive change in their professional lives."
All participants will be required to fill out a 360 Degree Profile with the EI360(tm)Degree Assessment Tool - a fully web-enabled, multi-rater tool that offers a powerful way to assess your strengths and developmental needs in the core competencies of emotional intelligence. It can also diagnose emotional intelligence at the team level. The report summarizes the key multi-rater assessment data from co-workers (manager, peer, direct report, key client) as well as family members and friends.
