Altitude Software placed in Visionary quadrant of leading analyst firm's EMEA Contact Centre Infrastructure Report 2004

Altitude Software, a leading independent contact centre solutions vendor announced today that analyst and market research firm Gartner, Inc. has again placed Altitude Software in the Visionary quadrant in the EMEA contact centre market.
According to Gartner, "Visionaries display healthy innovation and a strong potential to influence the direction of the market, but they are limited in execution or track record". The Gartner Magic Quadrant analyses the major players in an industry and categorises them as "leaders," "challengers," "visionaries" or "niche players".
Increased relevance for independent solutions and innovative business models
