DUBAL employee to receive honorary top-flight American citation

The citation will appear in the 8th edition of Who's Who, an American publication that is internationally recognized as the foremost biographical reference book of its kind in the world.

Dr. Meghlaoui's citation comes after a long and distinguished career in research and development. But his most important achievement was his authorship of a patent involving "predictive and pattern recognition techniques" in aluminium cell control.
