The new website will make online services for Al-Muzaini's customers more personal, relevant and pro-active by enabling them to help themselves while they are at the site. Muzaini.com will give its online users highly personalized answers to their questions and will even guide them toward the completion of their own money exchange transactions - without having to pick up a telephone.
Combining a state-of-the-art answer repository with intuitive, multi-lingual natural language search and navigation capabilities, ATG Portal Suite also includes comprehensive business reporting to help businesses better understand their customers' needs and preferences.
