Dewan Architects and Engineers is gearing up for a strong participation in the upcoming international commercial architecture and property development exhibition and conference, Cityscape 2004.
The prestigious, annual real estate event is scheduled to be held over four days, from November 29-December 1 at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre.

With over 150 exhibitors confirmed from 40 countries and senior level executives and decision makers attending the major event, Cityscape 2004 is the right platform for real-estate developers to showcase their expertise and services. Through an active participation in the major event, Dewan plans to display its superior capabilities and potential to the huge number of visitors and prospective clients expected at the realty development exhibition and conference.

Cityscape 2004 shall also provide an opportunity for Dewan to showcase its achievements in recent years. With decades of experience in the Middle East and an unshakable focus on quality, Dewan Architects has played a major role in shaping UAE's real-estate development sector through a number of construction projects involving hotels, malls and residential complexes. Currently, Dewan is working on a number of prestigious projects including the 30-storey Thuraya office tower, the Green Community, the Gardens Shopping Mall, the Dubai Sports City and the Al Jaber Tower housing the Shangri La Traders Hotel at Dubai Media City. Other upcoming projects from Dewan also include the aesthetically designed Abu Dhabi Yacht Club and the Fairmont Resort in Abu Dhabi.

Speaking on Dewan's participation at Cityscape 2004, Ammar Assam, Business Development Director of Dewan commented: "Besides showcasing talent for potential clients, Cityscape is a wonderful venue for real-estate developers to influence and network with major developers, key organizations and governmental authorities. We will certainly use this opportunity to educate visitors on the unique strengths of Dewan, while learning and understanding more about the region's real-estate sector."

"Being the region's only dedicated exhibition and conference for the international commercial architecture, property investment and development sectors, Cityscape is a clear reflection of the extraordinary growth of the property sector throughout the Middle East. With our team of 120 professionals, Dewan has been an integral part of this construction boom, especially in the UAE. Therefore, we will also look forward to using this unique platform to highlight our important role in developing the real estate market within the region." He added.

Since its launch in 2002, Cityscape has grown tremendously into a mega-event for international developers and investors. Following the success of Cityscape 2003, Cityscape 2004 will almost treble in size, with exhibitors and visitors including the world's most significant investors, lenders, owners and developers together with world-class architects and designers.
