The Palm Deira, the largest of Dubai's awe inspiring palm-shaped islands, which will house over 7,820 villas, making it one of the world's most coveted residential developments. The first two days will be solely open to women from the United Arab Emirates who wish to increase their investment portfolios or purchase family property for themselves.
Announcing details today, Sultan bin Sulayem, Chairman of Nakheel stated that the special sales day of The Palm, Deira for ladies only was in a direct response to the increasing purchasing power of women in the region. 'The ever increasing prominent role of UAE women in public life, government and business has been on a sharp increase for the past 5 years. These women are taking on roles that are helping to define the shape and vision of Dubai for the future and we recognise the need for them to have an opportunity to be part of popularity of what will be one of the greatest feats of mankind'.
Manal Shaheen, Sales Manager for Nakheel went on to say, 'We felt that we have had ongoing requests from women in the gulf region to have their own personalised deals and privacy. Because of this increase in demand, Nakheel has decided to have not just one, but two days for ladies only at their sales office to buy a piece of history.'
By holding a ladies sales day at Nakheel, all businesswomen, in the public or private sector, can make decisions to purchase on The Palm, Deira in privacy. Bookings for The Palm, Deira are being handled exclusively by Nakheel, with no exceptions among real estate agents and brokers. All purchasing will be handled by the extensive and experienced team of sales staff at the Nakheel Sales Centre. The experienced sales and financial staff will be on hand during the day to provide purchasing advice to the business women depending on their requirements.
Sulayem added that through past experience with The Palm Jumeriah and The Palm Jebel Ali, Nakheel had recognised that women from the UAE were taking stronger decision making roles within the family unit and were crucial to the purchase of property, as well as the look and feel externally, internally and with all aspects of the landscaping. 'We know that the business women of today have high standards, which is something that Nakheel has striven for with all our properties, and The Palm Deira will be no different. The sales teams will be able to provide concise and precise, up to the minute information on which villas are available, as well as style and plot size through using our new state of the art technology systems, these will ensure a minimum waiting time for those women wishing to invest in this new wave of island living.'
The Nakheel Sales Centre will be open from 9.00 am to 5:30 pm, to view the bouquet of residential properties under the Nakheel portfolio on The Palm, Deira. Extensive marketing materials and brochures are on hand with a team of professionals to answers any questions.
