Showcasing Optimal fibre optic cable products, Homeworx structured cabling systems and Roadworx AV and Broadcast cabling products at the show, Madison Technologies Managing Director David Redfern said international interest in the company was sure to be roused.
'Madison Technologies is one of Australia's top technology companies specialising in cable related products and we have the products necessary to assist the Emirates to progress its concept of the world's largest 'intelligent city',' he said.
Mr Redfern said the Homeworx structured cabling system was a key link to the smart home concept and consisted of four general systems including the basic structured cabling for computers and networking, audio distribution, video distribution, infra-red and security distribution.
'Our system makes it easy to incorporate new technologies into the home through the flexibility provided by our structured cabling network. Essentially, we provide the means for people to 'future proof' their homes. It can be adapted for new and existing dwellings.'
Mr Redfern said potential agents could benefit from supplying clients with top quality and affordable infrastructure products through Optimal and Roadworx.
'Optimal fibre optic cable is produced in Australia and features the world renowned OFS Glass. Our products focus on the last mile of the network, the access network, rather than the long-haul.
'We have developed a competitive advantage in smaller fibre counts, with an average of 48 core. We made the strategic decision to set up the plant to this capability, as we believe this is where the largest growth potential lies. However, we have the ability to produce cable with up to 415 cores to suit individual customer needs.
'Madison will also offer entertainment, audio and control and video cables through the Roadworx brand.
'We are very keen to find an agent or distributor that is interested in taking our range of products to the market. By increasing our distributor partnerships and our own product developments we guarantee that we are able to provide complete solutions to a wide range of industry sectors. Madison solves problems and finds the most cost efficient and effective methods for our clients.
'We can provide the full solution from systems, to support, to packaging because we pride ourselves on caring about the full process not just selling specific items. There would be great scope for a local distributor to benefit from supplying our products.
Big 5 to lead Australian company to international agent
Leading Australian cable and connectively company, Madison Technologies will offer key technology related products to the Emirates and seek to align itself with an international agent or distributor by featuring three of its key product categories at The Big 5.
