British Airways announces the arrival of new products in Kuwait

British Airways - the world's favourite airline - has announced the arrival of a host of new and innovative products in to the Kuwait market. These products have been introduced on several routes around the world, with Kuwait just the second market in the Middle East after Dubai to receive them.
These new ground-breaking products include:
Redesigned First class cabin with a six-foot-six bed offering the ultimate experience in privacy and luxury travel
A 'Lounge in the Sky' environment in Club World featuring the world's first fully flat six-foot bed for business class travellers
A totally new premier economy class cabin called World Traveller Plus, offering more space and facilities than other economy products, making British Airways the first major airline to offer four distinct cabins
An investment of more than GBP 150 million by British Airways in its new World Traveller (economy class) cabin
A totally refurbished Concorde - BA's supersonic aircraft
Upgrades to airport terminals, check-in and lounges at international airports, including a completely new terminal at New York JFK
Speaking at a press conference Mr. Bill Dixon, Manager, British Airways said: "The arrival of these new products follows three years of extensive market research, we asked thousands of our customers what we do well and where we needed to improve to become the best in the world, and these products are our response.
"We are very proud of what has been achieved and are confident that our customers in Kuwait will feel the same way," added Mr. Dixon.

The totally refurbished Concorde will have new seats and new bathrooms. It also has new interiors designed by Conran Partners, led by Sir Terence Conran and London-based design agency Factory.
A 'lounge in the sky' offering an armchair-style seat with footstool that converts to a completely flat six foot long bed for business travellers in Club World. It will also have larger personal video screens offering multi-channel entertainment, in-seat power for laptop computers and telephones, doubled hand baggage allowance and more flexible catering to allow customers to relax, sleep or work.
World Traveller Plus features a dedicated cabin, new wider seats offering significantly more legroom, in-seat PC power and telephone, doubled hand baggage allowance and an enhanced service at an affordable premium for the cost conscious traveller.
The investment also includes a £150 million World Traveller economy upgrade on the longhaul fleet. This includes new seats, seatback video throughout the cabin and new interiors. A focus on family travellers includes initiatives like 'feed families first'.
