Radisson SAS introduces Kuwait toll free number

The number - 5651999 - can be dialled free of charge from anywhere in the country and provides a quick and convenient one-stop shop for bookings at any of the Rezidor properties throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

"Our long-established presence in Kuwait with the Radisson SAS brand means we are preferred suppliers to the market," said Craig Senior, Regional Director Sales & Marketing, Rezidor SAS Hospitality Middle East.

"We have experienced a substantial increase in outbound demand from Kuwait, and as part of our commitment to customer service Rezidor SAS decided to implement a time efficient and cost effective booking system to manage this.

"Trained operators are already receiving calls from travel trade, corporate bookers and leisure travellers alike. The response to date has been very promising and we expect this trend to continue as more people are made aware of the scheme," added Senior.
