  • PRESS RELEASE

Emaar added another master planned apartment community to its fast-expanding portfolio with the launch of Turia, a mid-rise, Mediterranean styled architectural development that forms part of Emaar's Views community at Emirates Golf Club.

Construction is already underway for the development's units available in a choice of one, two, and three bedroom apartments, and will be completed by 2006.

Sales will take place at The Dubai Marina Sales Centre. The sales centre is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm, seven days a week.

Naaman Atallah, Director of Sales, Emaar Properties. Emaar said: "Dubai is fast emerging as the hub for young professionals seeking high-quality work in a competitive, challenging environment. Many of these individuals work in the Dubai Internet & Media Cities and are always on the look out for accommodation that is affordable and close to their place of work. Combining affordable prices with the style and comfort, which characterises all Emaar offerings, Turia is the perfect answer to the needs of first-time homeowners including young families and single working professionals.

"A key attraction is of course the community's strategic location overlooking scenic waterways and the premier golf course. The emphasis is on living in a location which overflows with pleasant outlooks."

Offering a distinctive lifestyle, Turia combines tranquil pleasant landscapes with a host of advanced facilities and features. Within the 24-hour secured community, residents will have access to landscaped parks, walkways, swimming pool, children's wading pool, gymnasium, resort-style pool deck, barbeque areas, multi-purpose entertainment room, shopping facilities and 24-hour maintenance.

The Turia apartments will feature open living areas, appliances and the latest communication technology. A host of state-of-the-art features like tiled floors, stone countertops, designer cabinetry, quality kitchen cabinets and high ceilings have been incorporated to contribute to a luxury lifestyle.

"The exquisite Riviera-styled apartments are defined by delicate detail, ornamentation and symmetrical expressions inherent in Mediterranean architecture. Each Turia home, designed to quality standards, reflects the creativity, originality and attention to detail which characterises all Emaar projects," added Atallah.

In immediate vicinity of the new offering are Emaar's lifestyle communities which include The Greens, Golf Towers, Emirates Hills, The Meadows, The Springs, The Lakes and Hattan Homes, which all enjoy prime location in Dubai's new growth corridor on Sheikh Zayed Road. Internet and Media cities, American University, golf courses, the five-star beach hotels and restaurants are conveniently located only a few minutes drive away.
