Leading Saudi real estate company Dar Al Arkan Platinum Sponsor at Cityscape 2004

The exhibition, which is gathering the best real estate companies across the region took place at the Dubai International Exhibition Center (World Trade Centre) in Dubai from the 29th Nov until 1st Dec.

Dar Al Arkan, the first real estate firm in the region to acquire ISO9001 certification, has more than 3000 residential units distributed among 27 projects all over the Kingdom. Established in 1993, the company has developments in Riyadh, Mecca, Jeddah, Medina, Yonbo and Khobar. Dar al Arkan's offer includes lands sales and development, building residential units and real estate investment. Their latest project under study is "Kasr Al Suweidi", a city inside a city in the South of Riyadh.
