- United Arab Emirates: Wednesday, December 01 - 2004 at 08:20
- PRESS RELEASE
CPI Financial's Banker Middle East is launching The Islamic Banking and Finance Yearbook 2005, the most comprehensive directory of significant institutions involved in Islamic banking and finance across the globe.
Available from early January 2005 the Yearbook will detail - Retail Banks, Investment Banks, Funds Management Companies, Insurance and Takaful Operators, Modaraba Associations, Central Banks, Monetary Authorities, Regulators, Legal Firms, Advisory Firms, Accountancy Firms, Consultants and Educational Establishments.
Paul McNamara, managing editor of the Yearbook, commented, "The Islamic finance industry has been undergoing a radical shift in size and impact over recent years. No-one has been tracking the players coming in and out - so CPI Financial thought it was time to produce the most exhaustive listing of these institutions to date. Of course we will update it yearly - but already we have been inundated with requests for copies. It is just so useful.'
