- PRESS RELEASE
Visitors eager to pre-register for Gitex Dubai, to be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, October 14-18, 2001 are taking advantage of the online registration service which opened last Friday.
"Gitex Dubai 2001 will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from October 14-18, 2001 and we are anticipating an excellent visitor response, particularly since we have more national pavilions than ever before and a wealth of fascinating new technology will be featured," said Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Corporate Manager, Exhibitions of the Dubai World Trade Centre.
While organisers acknowledge that there is business uncertainty amongst some organisations due to the recent occurrences in the U.S., they re-affirm that, to date, those events have had no impact on the activities planned to be held at the DWTC and Airport Expo Dubai complexes.
