The ten-part drama series, available to download exclusively from club i-mate™, the web portal for i-mate™ customers, is a gripping thriller set in a futuristic night club where five twenty-somethings awake to find themselves trapped - all of them after receiving a hoax text message invitation to attend the club opening.

Each Cjaq episode lasts up to two minutes, fuelling the viewer with a concentrated hit of fast-paced drama, twisting storylines, mistrust and conspiracy. The characters reveal gems of information helping the viewer get closer to solving the Cjaq mystery before a twist in the tail ends each episode in a nail-biting climax which always leaves the audience wanting more.

Cjaq video episodes will be posted each day on the club i-mate™ site for download and play anywhere in the world via GPRS. The first episode of Cjaq is now available online.

"Part of the i-mate™ proposition is to provide our customers with exclusive applications, services and content which enable them to maximise the functionality of their Windows Mobile™ wireless devices both for business and pleasure," said Jim Morrison. "Wireless video content has great potential and this drama series is an innovative way for us to deliver a fun consumer viewing experience which engages our customers through the club i-mate™ portal. The Cjaq video clips are hosted online as a Microsoft Windows WMV file and can be played back through Windows Media Player on any i-mate™ Pocket PC or Smartphone device. Club i-mate™ members can download or stream Cjaq over the air via GPRS, or by browsing the web and downloading to a PC and transferring to their device via Microsoft ActiveSync."

Morrison added: "A drama of this type provides a new kind of viewing experience for mobile device customers and we're delighted with Cjaq as a first time production concept. The writing was an exciting challenge to hold the users' attention in short bursts on a small screen area, whilst still telling enough of a story to make them want to come back. We're expecting Cjaq to help create an 'appointment to view' effect for user downloads and deliver compelling cult content for i-mate™ customers." Jim concluded, "We are very pleased to be working with SMG Television and Cool Crew Media on the production of Cjaq and believe it will be a great success. The technicalities of producing and directing a drama for this media type have been overcome by a first-rate team in front and behind the cameras, including the producer Beverley Morrison [who is also founder of Cool Crew Media] and BAFTA winning director Michael Hines [in his first commission for the small screen]."

Cjaq is just one of many value added offerings i-mate™ device users can expect from club i-mate™ -the exclusive online community for all i-mate™ device owners with free membership. Membership offers club i-mate™ email - a hosted Microsoft email account with a capability of 10MB storage -as well as a range of other online services such as live online technical support, over the air network operator settings, useful community forums, and downloads to customise users devices such as games, ring tones, themes and music, as well as software and accessories at special prices.

The launch of the Cjaq mobile drama follows the introduction of four new i-mate™ devices into the Middle East region - i-mate™ PDA2k, i-mate™ SP3, i-mate™ SP3i and the most recently available i-mate™ JAM.
