i-mate exhibits at ME WiFi & WiMax Summit 2004

At the summit Jim Morrison presented a keynote entitled ''When Radio Technologies Collide'' where he discussed how radio technologies change how you use and what you use a hand held device for. Adding Bluetooth to PDA devices allows a whole new range of applications to be supported by the device, such as GPS, scanners and printers as well as more traditional mobile phone services, such as the beaming of contacts, Bluetooth chat and novelty applications.

The Middle East WiFi and WiMax Summit and the Middle East Smartphone and Wireless Summit was held from 5th to 6th December 2004 at The Emirates Hotel Dubai. i-mate™'s stand showcased their newly launched devices - i-mate™ PDA2k, i-mate™ JAM, i-mate™ SP3 and i-mate™ SP3i.
