Pan Emirates Run gets energy boost from Thrifty Car Rental

A dozen enthusiastic expatriate distance runners have embarked on this journey which will take them through all seven Emirates starting with a 190km stage from Abu Dhabi to Madinat Zayed and on to Al Aqah, Al Ain, Hatta, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai and back to Abu Dhabi. The baton is being carried non-stop with each of the 12 runners taking 5 km turns.

Playing a significant role in this charitable endeavour, Thrifty Car Rental has provided vehicles to accompany the runners. These Thrifty cars will act as a resting place for the runners when they're taking breaks. The cars will also carry refreshments ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

The expatriate runners come from all over the world including Egypt, Korea, Germany, South Africa, Canada, New Zealand, UK, USA and the Philippines.
