The one-day conference held under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Soud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, focused on the total quality concepts and its applications in public and private companies.
Salman Khan, Quality Manager, Etisalat - Ras Al Khaimah, presented a working paper during the conference highlighting the current quality initiatives within Etisalat to ensure highest quality of service in both technical and non-technical areas.
He also emphasized during his presentation the important role of Etisalat's staff in achieving Total Quality and Excellence and how this quest for quality would help Etisalat meet future challenges.
Salman Khan expressed Etisalat's commitment towards customer satisfaction through various Quality projects.
The TQM conference which is held for the first time will cater number of experts and speakers in the field of Quality management from different local and private departments and authorities including Ras Al Khaimah International Airport , Economic Department, Itihad University and Ministry of Interior among many others.
