- PRESS RELEASE
Mr Naser Al Zaabi has been appointed as head of National Bank of Abu Dhabi's Elite Banking department.
National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) developed its unique Elite Banking service in response to the fast growing demand for personalized customer care.
Mr Al Zaabi said: "Personal banking is one of the fastest-growing sectors of the banking industry in the UAE, and Elite has been developed as the most advanced in the market."
"Elite Banking offers the highest red-carpet service and is an exclusive range of banking and non-banking services specially-designed to suit the needs of our valued customers," he said. "It is a personalised service which offers Elite members both speed and convenience whilst eliminating all the boundaries of time and location." Three dedicated Elite Banking branches are located in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain.
"Elite gives customers more than routine personal banking. For example, the Elite Banking centre is equipped with advanced technology for all our members' business needs - such as computers, internet, fax, a majlis area, a private meeting room as well as access to local and international stock markets. Members also benefit from a membership card that offers special discounts in highly-regarded outlets; travel services such as bookings under special discounts; and a special cheque book designed to meet the members' prestige," he said.
Mr Al Zaabi said that although personal banking has been widely promoted in the UAE, few banks have been able to provide the service in the true sense of the word.
"Our service is attracting many customers from other banks and of course NBAD's own client base has also been a major source of support for Elite in regards to number of members recently joining," he commented.
"Elite Customers feel that banking has been made easier for them - saving them time and inconvenience by removing obstacles of opening hours and location. We also have new services in the pipeline that will make a big difference in the world of banking and put Elite Banking at the top of the personalised banking list."
