Grand opening of Serco Gulf premises

The building was formally inaugurated by Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Chairman of Istithmar, in front of invited dignitaries and guests from the Corporate Office, PCFC and international companies based in Dubai and the Free Zone.

Serco Gulf which is a leading facilities management company in the region, was established in October 2002 as a joint venture between Istithmar and Serco Middle East.

In February 2004, Serco Gulf relocated from various workshops and offices within the Free Zone to one new site. This move was to combine its entire operations within one customised facility. Serco Gulf's grand opening sees the fulfilment of the plan to co-locate all staff and services under one roof within the Free Zone.

To do this, we have implemented an Integrated Management System to ensure the highest levels of Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental protection. Our Integrated Management System has ensured that we provide and maintain a premium service to our customers," said Kevin Brennan, General Manager of Serco Gulf.

Serco Gulf also provides facilities management services from sites within Port Rashid and The Gardens Residential Community.
