- United Arab Emirates: Monday, December 20 - 2004 at 11:33
- PRESS RELEASE
Showtime, the region's leading pay-TV provider in the Middle East and North Africa, has expanded its retail presence in the UAE to five new retail outlets in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain and Fujeirah.
According to Toby Dabek, Showtime's Sales and Marketing Manager for UAE / KWT and Oman, the company aims to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality and increasing the number of sales points. He says that, "our research indicated people like to buy direct from our staff. Our retail outlets allow us to control the whole sales process, ensure that we are easily accessible to our customers and are a means to provide accurate information on new channels, programs and network developments."
Hand in glove with the new opening will be extensive and ongoing training. Showtime has adapted its recruitment strategy in certain areas and has recently recruited fifteen new customer service representatives who underwent a rigorous selection process and will be trained to very high standards of customer interaction and care.
Feedback from customers has been very positive to the increasing number of Showtime outlets. -"Personally, I have chosen Showtime because nothing like it provides you with the different packages that suits every taste. It truly brings you the best in entertainment!" said Mohamed Naboulsi.
