Dubai based Global Education Management Systems has acquired the school regeneration and multimedia functions of UK education specialists, 3E's Enterprises. This acquisition is a strategic move for Gems to provide a wide range of management services to schools within the state sector, said Gems COO Hugh MacPherson.
