KM Properties seminar on property investment draws potential investors

KM Properties recent seminar on 'How to successfully invest in Dubai property', was attended by more than 100 participants, showing that potential investors and house buyers are in need of more information on the viability of the Dubai property market.
KM Properties has recognised this need by arranging Free evening seminars to educate the general public on issues affecting property investment in Dubai. The first in this series, the recent seminar highlighted the various property investments available and ways to ensure profits and calculate return on investment. In addition, seminar participants also learnt some of the common pitfalls in property investment and how to make calculated risks when purchasing a property.
According to Mr Mohammad Haddad, CEO KM Properties, "For many people stocks and shares are no longer an option of choice. However, the opportunity to invest in an appreciating asset such as property does translate into good business sense. The property market in Dubai is young and the demand for property is high. This has driven prices up however there is still time to enter the market and reap the rewards."
