New TOEFL test in Dubai

The American-Canadian Center for Academic Placement at Knowledge Village, Dubai has announced that a new TOEFL test will be debut in September 2005. The Educational Testing Service has developed a new TOEFL test that will help individuals demonstrate the English skills needed for academic success, and assesses four basic language skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking.
