DCA, Director Operations, re-elected as ACI chairman for Asia

Mr. Mohammed Al Ahli, Director Operations, Department of Civil Aviation, Dubai, was re-elected unanimously to continue as the Chairman of ACI-Asia region for tenure of two years, at the ACI-Asia Regional Board and Assembly held in Cairo.
Mr. Ahli's re-election is a reaffirmation of the confidence ACI has placed on his abilities to lead the region towards success. As recognition of the services rendered to the region, Mr Mohammad Ahli was also awarded a certificate of appreciation.
Asia has been identified as the fastest growing dynamic region in the world where airports play a major role for economic development and ACI has stressed the need to strengthen regional cooperation among them, to meet the challenges they would be facing in the next decade.
