The first training programme, under the new partnership recently launched in Dubai, generated an overwhelming response with more than 100 delegate registrations from Tunisia, Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, Egypt, South Africa, Pakistan, the UAE and other countries. The training was delivered by New Horizons, a leading training center in the Middle East, and one of the specialized entities of HUMANSOFT.
'The new agreement with HUMANSOFT reflects Fujitsu Siemens Computers' strong commitment to focused channel partner training and certification in driving the sales of our products,' said Anthony Peck, Director, Education & Training, Middle East & Africa, Fujitsu Siemens Computers. 'The training will be delivered with the help of our existing trainers who are experienced in the delivery of channel partner trainings for FSC as well as through building a team of local trainers to offer the courses on an ongoing basis.'
'FSC's business model is driven by channel partner-led sales,' added Peck. 'As front-end contacts with end-users, the channel partners need to have an in-depth product knowledge, including aspects like how to configure and install products. Our selection of HUMANSOFT was prompted by its professional approach to training delivery, presence of certified and accredited trainers and its region-wide presence. Furthermore, HUMANSOFT has carved a niche for itself as a reputed provider of IT training.'
'New Horizons is fully equipped to meet the requirements of Fujitsu Siemens Computers as we have substantial expertise in the field of IT,' said Mr. Nadeem Younis, Country General Manager, HUMANSOFT UAE. 'We understand that FSC, as an IT company making significant inroads in the regional market, depends largely on its channel partners to push its product sales. We will work closely with FSC to ensure that the channel partners receive the requisite skills to help the company meet its targets and enhance its performance regionally.'
'We are delighted to offer to Fujitsu Siemens Computers the services of New Horizons, one of the largest independent IT training companies in the world, with a franchise network of 21 offices in the Middle East in 12 countries, including UAE, Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and more. The geographic reach advantage will facilitate the delivery of Fujitsu Siemens' training regionally and whenever it is required,' added Mr. Nadeem Younis.
The first training programme conducted by HUMANSOFT offered eight different modules, covering PRIMEPOWER Midrange Sales, PrimePower Midrange Presales, Storage Midrange Sales and Storage Midrange Presales. It also covered PRIMERGY Sales, Presales, High-End Sales and High-end Presales.
