Dubai Property Auctions will offer users the opportunity to interact in property transactions through a simple to use, auction-style trading system. The 'auction engine' will allow millions of users around the globe, to sell or bid on Dubai properties in real-time, creating a unique electronic marketplace that is open for business, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The website will be unlike any other, featuring innovative tools and cutting-edge applications that will be very useful to anyone managing freehold properties in Dubai.

"Dubai Property Auctions is more than just a venue," says Imran Shaikh, Vice President Marketing for Atlantis. "Our team personally monitors and assists users by providing a complete suite of services to ensure successful property transactions. From the time a seller lists a property for sale, until the moment a property is registered into a buyer's name, we are there every step of the way."

"Given the strong demand for freehold property developments, we at Atlantis, are extremely excited about the possibilities of real-time property trading in Dubai and the GCC region. We look forward to the opportunities in the coming year and beyond."

Dubai Property Auctions' marketing campaign, '2005: A new window. A new opportunity', starts on January 1, 2005 to promote the website in major centres world-wide.
