Oman raids IT pirates

The authorities in Oman have raided four resellers and seized copies of pirated software from their premises. The raids were conducted by the Ministry of Heritage and Culture in collaboration with the Business Software Alliance. Oman has IPR laws that provide full protection to software developers and is determined to follow up with campaigns, including raids of violators, said officials.
