Fujitsu Siemens Computers and T-Systems sign international cooperation agreement

Fujitsu Siemens Computers and T-Systems International (TSI), a leading European service providers for information and communication technology (ICT), have entered a strategic partnership that encompasses a worldwide cooperation, primarily for computer workplaces and server infrastructure services.
The key component of the worldwide agreement is the joint development and sales activities of Managed Infrastructure solutions, including initially Adaptive Computing, Managed Desktop infrastructure and Grid Computing. Under the partnership, T-Systems has been awarded "Strategic Partner" status by Fujitsu Siemens Computers and FSC has been named a "Key Partner" of T-Systems.
"The new alliance further strengthens Fujitsu Siemens Computers' sales strategy with international partners and offers innovative, economical solutions to its global and corporate customers," said Ashraf El Arabaty, Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise Products, Fujitsu Siemens Computers. "We can now provide our customers, worldwide, with a "one stop shopping "portfolio, thus enhancing our international capabilities and meeting customers' growing needs for IT delivery."
The new cooperation builds on the long-standing collaboration between T-Systems, Deutsche Telekom's business customer subsidiary, and Fujitsu in Asia and Fujitsu Siemens Computers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The partnership has already proven project results in countries such as Germany, Hungary, Singapore and South Africa.
In addition to the sales agreement, the companies are taking this cooperation a step further. T-Systems and Fujitsu Siemens Computers will establish a Technology Circle to facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences. Further, they will conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys, using the results to align their solution and product portfolios even more closely to the needs of the business customers.
