Kuwait Finance House completes implementation of Oracle Human Resources Management Systems

Oracle Corporation, the world's largest enterprise software company, announced today that the Kuwait Finance House has completed the deployment Oracle Human Resources Management Systems and Payroll modules of the Oracle E-Business Suite.
The E-Business Suite modules included in the project were Oracle HRMS (Human Resources Management System), Payroll, Oracle Training Administration, Oracle Self Service and Oracle Business Intelligence. The broad implementation automates all aspects of routine human resources management and allows Kuwait Finance House to devote more time and investment to its customers and business development opportunities while enabling its employees to update and manage their own records in self-service resulting in more accurate and up to date.
Mr. Jassar Al-Jassar, General Manager, Kuwait, Finance House, said, " Kuwait Finance House is one of the largest and more geographically widespread Islamic financial institutions, so automating our human resources processes provides a single perspective on all our staffing resources across the board and allows us to shift focus from administration to strategic planning."

Mohd Al Jallal, Kuwait Finance House Project Manager, commented on the selection of Oracle HRMS by saying, " We selected Oracle after thorough study of our needs and all available options by a panel of highly respected experts, Oracle V.11.5.9 was the only logical solution and was unanimously selected. The biggest companies rely on Oracle to simplify and streamline business processes. By choosing an integrated human resource approach, with modules covering various functions from Payroll to Training, KFH has secured long-term cost and efficiency savings."
Ahmed Qal Hoqal, HR Manager of Kuwait Finance House said, "By implementing Oracle we have increased efficiency in HR business process." On the other hand, Mohd Al Wassif, KFH HR Consultant, confirmed that choosing Oracle was a key factor in achieving the best standard available in streamlining HR business practices, which is a major objective of his department.
Kuwait Finance House entrusted Oracle's partner APPSLINK with the task of deploying Oracle Human Resources Management System, for its proven technical capabilities and its deep understanding of the KFH business.
Mohammed Muwafaq APPSLINK Oracle Practice Manager expressed his pride for being associated with Oracle and assigned by KFH to deploy Oracle HRMS by saying: "We are proud of being associated with Oracle and to be entrusted by KFH to deploy Oracle HRMS, which empowers organisations with tools to find, extract, and analyze data related to human capital. This Oracle HR intelligence readies the organisation to rapidly deploy the best resources for maximum employees productivity, satisfaction and retention. Mr. Saeed Al Ibrahim, KFH IT specialist, confirmed that the selection of APPSLINK to implement Oracle HRMS was key factor in the success of this project
