- PRESS RELEASE
Saudi Directline has signed an MOU with Al Nahda Philantrophic Society for Women in a move to open up its employment force to Saudi women as contact center agents.
Dr. Sulaiman Al Twaijri, Shared Services Director indicated that, "Saudi Women is a right fit for the contact center business in Saudi Arabia acknowledging a universal fact that a female voice projects a more customer-friendly profile over the male counterpart. Moreover, most Saudi customers would still like to hear another Saudi Agent answering the phone, immediately building the trust and confidence in the process."
In support to this development, SDL has launched a new state-of-the-art contact center facility in Riyadh, expanding its current capacity to 100 seats. The new facility houses a fully-secured 50-seat contact center floor, a well-equipped 15-seat training room, rest-and-recreation area for agents and a data center. To date, Saudi Directline professionally caters to 3 outsource campaigns, in addition to its 5 in-house campaigns, with an expertise on the area of Internet Consumer Services, Public Services, and Telecommunications.
