Home Owner Dubai 2005, due to take place 24-26 February 2005 at the Madinat Arena, Dubai, UAE, has reported that the event has doubled in size from that of the 2004 event.

Commenting on the growth of the event, General Manager of Marketing of Motivate Events, Simon O'Herlihy said, "We have seen the size of Home Owner Dubai double in size with each event since the inception in 2003. 2005 will, again, provide a one-stop-shop for anyone wanting to buy or invest in real estate in the UAE".

The event has attracted the industry leaders from the UAE including Emaar, Jumeriah Beach Residence, Nakheel, Vakson Freehold, Union Properties, Georgian Estates, Leads International and Barclay Estates. Participating alongside them are leading companies from the real estate services industry. In addition to real estate agents Home Owner Dubai has attracted banks, finance houses, interior design houses, landscape gardeners and a host of other property support services.

"Home Owner Dubai continues to address the growing property market and reflects the importance for specialist advice on land and property issues in the UAE" said O'Herlihy. "Home Owner Dubai 2005 will provide a much needed, dedicated forum in which existing and future property developers, legal and finance companies, real estate agents, financiers and property support service companies can meet buyers and investors who are actively looking to enter the rapidly expanding Dubai property market".

"Run alongside the exhibition will be a series of round table, Ask the Expert, sessions. Run twice a day, the Round Tables will include industry experts who will cover a range of topics including buying a home, freehold/leasehold, home loans, selling, real estate matters, renting and maintenance. The current real estate boom has brought fresh challenges to those in the construction, finance, legal and real estate support services. As the market continues to evolve those wanting to take advantage of property ownership are being presented with a confusing array of options and legal considerations" commented O'Herlihy. "It is the aim of Home Owner to Dubai to answer some of the questions that potential property owners are asking"

"Each property investment opportunity is unique and must be assessed on its own merits" continued O'Herlihy. "At present individual buyers, professional investors and institutions are demanding the highest levels of due diligence, support services and market intelligence before making the decision to invest. Simply put Home Owner Dubai provides the definitive guide to buying and owning property in Dubai."
