Etisalat signs deal with Jacky's for implementation of queue management systems at its offices

Emirates Telecommunications Company, Etisalat, and Jacky's Middle East LLC have signed a contract for the implementation of queue management systems to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers visiting their offices.

The contract based on a public tender announced in 2003, was awarded to Jacky's after thorough evaluation of the product through demonstrations and discussions, and after comparisons with other proposals received.

Ashish Panjabi, Chief Operating Officer, Jacky's Middle East, expressed the company's keenness to begin work on the project. "Etisalat has a reputation for professionalism and their customer services and quality control departments are working hard to make sure that this is evident in all aspects of the company's operation," he said.

Mr. Panjabi said that the QMS300i's advantage over other contenders lay in its unique features, which enable online access to the locations the system is installed in - through local and wide area networks. The system's online web based report also provides regular updates to assist supervisors and management staff in keeping counter's operation as per Etisalat requirements.

The QMS300i is an effective administrative tool that provides more than dozens of different types of reports. This includes reports related to customer waiting time, counter-wise staff performance.
