Batelco gives customers more free time
- Bahrain: Tuesday, January 04 - 2005 at 12:58
- PRESS RELEASE
Batelco is announcing the introduction of Freetime 2000, a new added-value mobile service that provides Bahrain's telecommunications customers with more free minutes than any other mobile package in the Kingdom.
"The introduction of Freetime 2000 is the most recent in a series of added value enhancements that Batelco is offering its customers," explains Hamza Ali, Senior Manager - Mobile Services at Batelco. "During the last month, we have introduced the new Family & Friends service, cheaper off-peak rates for postpaid customers, more off-peak hours for all customers and more free minutes for both students and those with special needs.
"Each of these enhancements represents Batelco's continued commitment to improving service, satisfying customers and offering the best value-for-money in the market."
Batelco already offers more free minutes than the competition and the automatic upgrade to 2000 minutes gives the company's Freetime 1700 customers almost 18% more free call time.
The 300 additional free minutes will be automatically allocated to all Freetime 1700 mobile customers, effective immediately - where customers will be able to see the addition in their January mobile bills.
