'HR Professionals should be armed with the latest technology', said Tamer Maher, the VP for Business Development in Microtech, considering the rapid technological advancements taking place in businesses today. Center For Adults and Continuing Education (CACE) inside the American University in Cairo provides its HR students the latest technology by integrating the HR module of the Microtech Infinity ERP in the Human Resources Management certificate, the course name is 'Human Resources Information Systems' where the student develops computerized expertise in all major areas of human resource management. These include manpower planning, staffing and recruitment, labor laws, occupational health and social security, employment training and development, payroll, compensation and benefits.
'Our agreement with the CACE is a very good step for us to achieve our goal of leveraging the technological knowledge among businesses in Egypt and Middle East, we will work to provide our products to more courses', Maher added.
