Gulf Warranties, the GGC-wide auto warranty company operating across the region, celebrated its ten years of operation yesterday in Dubai, by launching a dedicated Business Services Division to support its clients and working partners.
Ajit Kumar, Manager of Gulf Warranties continued, "The launch of the new division marks a progressive step in the growth of the company that was set up in 1994." He continued, "We will be offering specialised services over and above our core business of warranty solutions."
"We believe that the provision of exceptional services and advice based on our vast market experience, will help our customers and working partners, allowing them to enjoy benefits that will further their respective businesses and offer them a unique growth opportunity".
AjitKumar went on to explain that the new division will provide a wide range of services to supply chain elements of the auto and other potential traders. These will include full consultation services, dedicated account management, product design and selection, business process alignment, documentation, implementation and end user familiarisation and training.
Commenting on Gulf Warranties' decade, AjitKumar spoke of the highlights: "We sold our first extended warranty in Oman in November 1994 and since then we have sold close to 400,000 warranties and associated products across the Middle East."
AjitKumar reported his pleasure that the company, which is 66 per cent owned by the Bahrain-based Arab Insurance Group (ARIG), was able to achieve so much success during this time, making Gulf Warranties the preferred auto warranty provider in the region, dealing with all the major car manufacturers, dealers and traders across the region.
"Our ongoing success stems from our constant effort to offer superior services and products that meet the various needs of our customers as well as the auto industry in general. We have been very happy with our product offerings, such as new car extended warranty, used car warranty, service contract schemes, roadside assistance, replacement vehicle service, warranty audits to name but a few."
