FedEx simplifies billing procedures for users

FedEx Express, the world's largest express transportation company, today announced the launch of FedEx Invoice Online (FIO) in the UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait.
Available free of charge to all valid FedEx account holders* on www.fedex.com 24 hours a day, FIO uses cutting edge technology to maximize efficiency for FedEx customers. The tool will enable users to:
• Receive and view invoices within 24 hours of issue
• Track the status of invoices
• File electronic copies of invoices and print out hard copies in a variety of formats
• Receive notification via email of new and outstanding invoices etc.
• Eliminate all paper-based steps to receive and internally route invoices
"FedEx Invoice Online is another example of how FedEx is using technological solutions to help customers streamline their business processes," said Hamdi Osman, Regional Vice President, FedEx Middle East, Indian Sub-Continent and Africa.
