Designed specially for the upcoming audio visual products of the company, the training program was attended by nearly 23 technical staff members representing 20 countries across the Middle East and Africa region.
The instructors from Samsung's headquarters in Korea provided the participants with an in depth know-how of critical components within the company's audio visual product segments. The various audio visual products under this category included digital camcorders, DVD players and MP3 players.
'Samsung conducts such training programs at regular intervals as part of its vision to offer unmatched support-services to our consumers in the Middle East & Africa', said Mr. B. S. Kim, Manager of Samsung's Gulf Customer Satisfaction Headquarter. 'The main idea behind the training session was to ensure that our distributors are well versed to offer qualitative services to customers for our range of high end products that we manufacture,' Mr. Kim added.

Samsung, the regional and global leader in digital convergence technology, recently hosted a five-day training program for its service partners in the Middle East.
