Kuwait revenues up 32pc

Kuwait has recorded revenues of USD20.65bn for the first eight months of the 2004 to 2005 fiscal year, up 32 per cent from the previous year, while expenditures increased by 12 per cent to USD10bn, according to a National Bank of Kuwait report. The budget showed a preliminary surplus of USD8.7bn.
