Saudi Directline reaches new heights with Altitude Software

Altitude Software, a global technology leader of contact centre solutions for Unified Customer Interaction (uCI), today announced that Saudi Directline, a major outsourcing provider in Saudi Arabia, has extended its Altitude uCI solution to provide enhanced outsourcing services for its 100-seat contact centre located in Riyadh.
