Etisalat Contact Center unveils its services during MECC 2005

As part of its ongoing efforts towards promoting its services, the Etisalat Contact Centre took part in the 9th Middle East Call Center Conference and Exhibition (MECC 2005), which was held on January 16 and 17.

Speaking about the participation, Mohamed Bamakhrama, General Manager, said :" Our participation in this prestigious conference and exhibition is part of our mission towards promoting our services. We are here to talk about the latest developments in Regional call center management trends, and to help people gain a balanced perspective on this particular business function".

The Contact Center displayed on the stand, a number of its services including " Yellow Pages Plus", the center's branded service which provides information on Entertainment, Tourism, Business and Government related entities and information and location based services which provide current information to residents and tourists on where to go, what to see and how to get there.

Since its launch in 2000, one of the primary foci for the Contact Centre has been the ensuring of a very high level of quality of services delivered to its clients. This has attracted a large number of organizations interested in outsourcing activities, such as inquiry management, technical support, telesales, market research, event support etc.

Running off of the latest in technological platforms, The Contact Centre offers a wide array of services to its clients, across a range of communication channels. Services include outsource services including call handling and managed facilities, Automated Hosting (Voice & SMS) services, and consulting services.
