Abu Dhabi National Hotels awarded ISO 9001:2000

Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI), one of the world's most respected certifying bodies, made the award.

HE Khalifa Nasser Bin Huwaileel Al Mansoori, Chairman of ADNH, said: "The ISO 9001:2000 is a significant achievement, reflecting our high standards, efficiency and effectiveness. It also demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction and employee training. The certification helps strengthen our business and image, and is an important competitive advantage in an increasingly crowded marketplace."

The ISO 9001:2000 certification was achieved through a series of assessments of the quality of services delivered. ADNH was required to track customer feedback, measure performance, and take remedial action in accordance with strict guidelines.

Khaled El Sayyed, Systems Certification Service Manager, Bureau Veritas Quality International, said: "BVQI is committed to delivering customer satisfaction by ensuring high-value facilities and management services. The implementation of ISO 9001:2000 processes by ADNH shows that appropriate disciplines have been effectively introduced."
