MTC-Vodafone (Kuwait) has revamped its website, announcing a new look and feel to its online world.

Starting February 1, 2005 'Your Virtual Branch' will bring you a variety of downloads that include products, services and games. It also provides customers with simple ways to recharge their eeZee lines or pay their bills. MTC-Vodafone's contemporary website has been launched to facilitate customers' every day activities with one click.

Haitham Al Khaled, Deputy Director General for Business Development Group for MTC-Vodafone (Kuwait) said, 'Our emphasis on human technology is to further educate our customers on user-friendly mobile phone technology'. He added, 'Today, online media is not only a necessity, but also a fast way of advancing in the ever-so-growing world of communications. Our customers can use the MTC-Vodafone website to access any of our services'.

Al Khaled, 'The concept of 'Your Virtual Branch' is having full access to MTC-Vodafone's branch from wherever you may be and whenever you may need it '.

Some of the online services available on the website are:
-Purchase eeZee and postpaid lines
-Bill Presentment/Payment
-Recharge eeZee and Thuraya lines
-Purchase MMS cards to recharge eeZee lines with pictures.
-Shopping handsets and accessories.
-SIM card replacement
-Online service activation
-Games Download
-Secured access to your PUK Code
-Roaming Information
-Get an Auto-setting and save it on the mobile for the following services: GPRS, Games, MMS, Mobile TV and WAP.

And some services can be offered exclusively through the website only such as:
-Download exited Games!
-Send SMS from the website to any local number (for FREE)
-Create and send MMS pictures via Photo Album web page and share others with moments of joy.
-Get an MTC-Vodafone e-mail account

Al Khaled continued, 'Registering on the website provides customers with more advantages by eliminating the burden of having to run mobile errands. Also, for a limited time, customers now have the chance to win prizes by registering online'.

MTC-Vodafone customers who register now on www.mtc-vodafone.com will instantly receive a gift. This offer will be available during the Info Connect Exhibition or until quantities last. In addition registered MTC-Vodafone customers will be able to buy mobile handsets in reduced prices.

Online purchases can be delivered to any place defined by the customers inside Kuwait, besides being available at the MTC-Vodafone Main Branch in Shuwaikh for pick-up.
